An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic Trades and Labour Construction Team based in our ever expanding Newcastle office.

If you are looking for a career in recruitment but need exposure to the recruitment world to kick start your career; or if you are an experienced recruitment Resourcer or if you have experience of working within the construction sector and want to apply this experience to an office based role, this position may be ideal for you.
The role involves extensive telephone work and face to face contact with our candidates, to source and select the ideal candidate's to fill our client's vacancies. Administration is also a key aspect of the role, ensuring that suitable candidates have fully completed application packs and candidates out working are paid accurately and on time. The role is predominantly a candidate management position, to guarantee that all of our construction client's recruitment requirements are consistently met and payroll is processed on time.
Strong customer service, flexibility and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to multi task and work well under pressure. The successful applicant will apply these skills to a fast paced, key function of the team.
The role is as part of a very busy and experienced trades and labour recruitment team and is reportable directly to the Managing Consultant, who will mentor and support the successful applicant daily.
