My client is a Tier One privately owned building contractor operating in the London and Major Projects Field across a wide range of projects including mixed use, high end residential, offices, hotels and retail.
These projects will range from GBP50M-GBP500M in value. Their culture is ambitious, encourages open communication and is streamlined for individuals who go the extra mile to ensure they progress. They are a business very much dedicated to training and development.
The requirement is a new one and will see this person being site based in London on a major project, working closely with the Head of Sustainability. This role could suit somebody with anywhere from 1-3 years experience of working in a sustainability/environmental role within the construction industry.
You will be involved in site training on sustainability and environmental issues, reporting, BREAAM assessments and much more.
