Part Time Inventory Clerk - up to GBP12,000 plus GBP900 p/a car allowance
Are you a confident, professional individual with excellent customer service skills?
Are you looking for a new, part time position that tests your administrative skills?
If you have previous experience in Residential Lettings, Property Management or Inventories, our client would find this extremely desirable!
Our rapidly growing, industry award-winning client is recruiting for a Part Time Inventory Clerk to join their team in the Essex area!
The ideal candidate:
* Strong administration skills
* Must be a car owner
* Will be confident and professional individuals who has a strong background in customer service
* previous experience of Residential Lettings, Property Management or Inventories is desireable
* will be computer literate
The role:
* Preparing detailed Inventories (Condition Reports)
* Conducting routine visits to rental properties and 'check out' inspections upon expiry of a tenancy
* Dealing with occupational disputes between landlords and tenants
* Liaising with customers
Hours
* Working primarily 3 full days a week, generally on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
* You may also need to work occasional Saturdays.
* From time to time it may be necessary to be flexible in terms of which days they work, to assist with staff cover during the busy holiday periods.
