Qualified Teacher

I am working with an innovative education and residential provider who focuses on supporting and promoting independence for young people with complex learning needs such as Autism spectrum Conditions.

I am looking to appoint a qualified and creative teacher to deliver high standards of learning and achievement to their students. You will effectively deliver a Steiner-Waldorf inspired curriculum, whilst working in conjunction with the independent School Standards.

You will work closely with young people and children with complex needs; utilising the classroom, sensory provisions and natural resources on site.

You will play a key role in helping your students to exceed and flourish through delivering creative education.

This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled teacher who holds QTS as week as degree from a recognised university.

Substantial experience of working with students with SEND and complex behavioural needs is essential, as is a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

You will be employed full time on a term time only basis.

This rewarding role offers a highly competitive salary up to £35000 per annum dependent on skills, qualifications and experience, as a SEN allowance.
