Part Time Charity Sales Executive

Brook Street is currently recruiting for very motivated and committed candidates to become part-time Charity Sales Executives. We are looking for well-presented and personable individuals who can successfully fundraise and uphold the charity`s reputation at all times. This is a very inspiring opportunity to make a difference within the local community. Our client provides comprehensive training and mentoring to prepare you for success in this role.

Purpose of the role:
To raise funds and awareness that will help a local charity to provide support and care to the terminally ill and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Visiting customers` homes to invite them to sign up for a good cause, usually without an appointment
- Fundraising at pre-planned venues or events such as at local supermarkets
- Representing the charity to members of the public
- Interacting with members of the public in a professional manner
- Attending ongoing training programmes

As an ideal candidate, you will be comfortable working alone or as part of a team. You will be confident approaching members of the public, you pride yourself on your pleasant and approachable demeanour, and you are both resilient and proactive. We are NOT looking for pushy or aggressive sales people.

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle, as some operating locations may be up to an hour from your home.

This is a part-time opportunity working 30/hrs per week. The working hours are M-F from 11 am-6 pm with an hour lunch. Flexibility is offered; if you prefer to work Saturdays and take an additional day off during the week, this is also admissible.
