Job Title: Facilities Assistant (Building User Engagement)
Responsible to: Facilities Manager
Salary: £18,598 (Full Time- actual salary based on Term Time calculations pro rata and split into 12 equal payments across the year)
Term Time: Term time consists of 35 working weeks with 2 weeks at Easter, 3 weeks at Easter and 12 during the summer break being non-working weeks.
Hours: 40 Hours per Week Term time only
Responsible for: Supervising Facilities Student Staff

Liverpool Guild of Students is seeking to recruit a Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities Team. The Facilities Assistant will play an integral part within the team assisting the Facilities Manager and the assistant Facilities Manager in the provision of an effective Facilities Management service, which ensures the safe and efficient upkeep, cleaning, maintenance and physical security of the Guild premises and equipment. You will also be responsible for supervising Student staff within the department. An integral part of the role is engage with building users to ensure the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing role, and as such, you we require someone with high levels of customer service skills, and with a can-do attitude to proactively deal with queries and issues with successful solutions. Overall, the post holder will play a significant role in further developing the reputation of The Guild for providing a great service to all building users.
