Following up on leads that have been made by both email and telephone, you will talk with people who have placed an initial enquiry - you are not picking up the phone 'cold'. Establishing a rapport with your client, you will identify your customers requirements and needs in order for them to progress with their order. With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you will be hard-working and credible. Ambitious and hungry for success you will have a professional and honest approach along with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
