Accounts Assistant/ Book-keeper
An accountancy practice based in Ruislip wants a local experienced Accounts Assistant/Book-keeper to join their friendly team for an immediate start.
The role will be office based however you may be expected to attend client premises as required. The successful candidate will work alongside other members of staff. Your responsibilities will include completing and submitting VAT Returns, keeping accurate financial records, book-keeping to trial balance, bank reconciliations and client month ends. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment and be competent with Microsoft Office products especially Excel. Knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks and CCH would be advantageous. You’ll also need good communication skills and be a confident self-starter who can work under their own initiative and to deadlines. Training will be provided where necessary.
