ASA are looking for an experienced Policy Analyst with experience of international relations to work within the International Strategy team for 3-4 months in order to support an upcoming Business Plan in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities:
?? Develop Monitoring and Evaluation databases
?? Report on progress
?? Gather M&E data
?? Design data collection and storage tools
?? Advise on design outcomes measures
Requirements:
?? Experience of planning, managing and implementing analysis and review projects
?? Excellent analytical skills including use of Qualitative and Quantitative analysis packages
?? Experience of IR theory and practice of understanding sub-state functions
?? An understanding of the international political landscape
?? Excellent communication skills
?? Background in International Relations
?? A Basic Disclosure certificate
?? Able to start w/c 3 December 2018
