Position
To provide a comprehensive and efficient end-to-end recruitment service to the Inenco Group, consistently hitting hiring targets while delivering high quality candidates
Requirements
1. Provide an in-house recruitment service, covering a range of diverse roles across the Group, reducing agency reliance.
2. Source candidates and pipeline talent for current and future roles in Inenco using networks and Linkedin Recruiter
3. Act as the first filter on all candidate applications through both CV screening and telephone interviews to provide validated shortlists to hiring managers
4. Manage relationships with hiring managers at all levels to gain clear understanding of role requirements, building a resourcing plan for each vacancy. Coaching and supporting managers through all stages of the recruitment process
5. Manage relationships with the recruitment agencies, being the gateway into Inenco for agencies, ensuring compliance to the terms agreed on the PSL
6. Ensure the Group is compliant with employment law and GDPR throughout the recruitment cycle
7. Compile, manage and communicate core recruitment KPI report/updates on: time to hire (TTH), cost per hire (CPH), Interview to placement ratio and retention rates. Manage exit interview process, data collation and analysis
