HR Manager / Team Leader
Location - Broughton
Contract - 12 months
Hourly rate - GBP15.00
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage team to ensure deadlines are met
* Complete team reviews ensuring continuous improvement and issues are dealt with according to HR policies
* To provide support to all division personnel wherever possible to resolve queries and give guidance and knowledge to ongoing projects or process improvements
* To supply accurate KPI information
* Working closely with the companies Data Protection Officer to ensure full compliance with GDPR within division
* To provide quality assurance and internal audit governance for division
* Support and contribute to projects to ensure smooth transition to run mode
* Ensure quality delivery of technical complex SAP data reporting to all UK Divisions
Main Activities:
* Manage team processes/ activities and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed deadlines
* Conduct regular team reviews, supporting improvements where necessary
* Assign tasks within team environment ensuring skills sets are efficiently utilised
* 3rd Party Payment Authorisations
* Support and deliver LSMWs (Standard Weekly, Monthly, Annual plus ad-hoc requests)
* Support with Query Resolution raised by the division
* Manage all aspects of GDPR for the division
* Manage the delivery of all complex SAP data reporting within the division
* Project support/ involvement
* Data Quality Audits/ Reviews - Manage data quality assurance and assist in setting up audit reports/ reviews to ensure data integrity
Key Qualities:
* Individual must be results and delivery driven with a sound logical approach to achieving tasks and objectives
* Able to work on own initiative to develop effective solutions to problems
* Have good interpersonal skills to work well with others, as well as being able to motivate and encourage both individuals and a team
* Have a strong 'personal branding' and demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude in all areas
* Have previous experience of managing teams in particular within a HR function.
