Our HR Generalist role is based in Ashford and is a part time position. This ambitious Manufacturing company is seeking to employ someone like you, taking pride in directing a varied range of duties. The 20 working hours per week are flexible according to your needs.
Main Duties
You will handle the recruitment, HR policies and procedures, payroll & benefits administration, and training & employee relations. This is a dynamic role providing excellent external and internal customer service through effective and timely communication with all employees, potential employees, agencies and managers.
Job requirements
For this part time HR Generalist role you should possess a qualified CIPD level 3 or higher. You would have knowledge of HR policies and procedures, recruitment, training and employee retention. This formative company is willing to consider you even if you are a fresh graduate or you qualified at work. The payroll administration is preferred but it's not mandatory as you can learn at work.
The weekly 20 hours are completely flexible around you but this company would ideally like someone on site from Monday to Friday or a few days per week.
