Our client is looking for someone who is switched on, driven, confident and keen to progress their career. JOB ROLE: Internal Recruiter
JOB TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 9.00am-5.30pm
SALARY: GBP30,000-GBP35,000 *Depending on experience + Amazing Benefits
LOCATION: City of London
CULTURE: Fast paced, professional, sociable and hard working team.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
* Identifying and engaging with candidates
* Act as the main point of contact for all candidates
* Sourcing candidates for specific roles. Head hunting (Executive search)
* Scheduling interviews and meetings
* Coordinate various assessment days and events
* Build strong relationships with internal management and partners
* Writing and posting in various job boards
* Identifying sales opportunities
* Obtaining and allocating references
* Create reports on sales and all KPI's
* Ensure all information it kept up to date and recorded on the internal system
* Manage budgets and liaise with external agencies
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
* Experience within Recruitment is necessary
* Experience within a 360 recruitment consultant role or internal recruiter
* Strong education
* Professional, positive, self motivated and confident
* Must be able to work to tight deadlines and manage workflow effectively
* Strong relationship building
