Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working alongside a Multi-Disciplinary Practice, who due to their continuous successes are looking to recruit an Associate Urban Designer to join their team.
Our Client specialises in promoting land through the local plan process and are currently promoting over 40,000 homes. Working alongside Town Planners and Landscape Architects the successful Associate Urban Designer will contribute to masterplans and regeneration projects at varying scales.
The Successful Associate Urban Designer will:
??Have substantial post qualification experience (10 years+)
??Be qualified to degree level in a relevant subject plus an additional Urban Design qualification
??Have excellent design and technical skills
??Have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
??Have a working knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD and InDesign
??Have a full UK driving licence and access to their own car
This is a great opportunity to join an expanding, highly successful Multi-Disciplinary practice.
On offer to the successful candidate is a salary of between GBP32,500 and GBP37,500.
