HR Consultant - Initial 3 Month Contract - Dundee
I am currently partnering with a client who are recruiting for an HR Consultant on an initial 3 month contract in Dundee.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Proactively executing the Employee Relations strategy
Ensures statutory/employment law and company policy compliance
Handle escalated issues which cannot be resolved by HR representatives
Partner with managers and employees to drive the development and execution of employee performance improvement plans
Manage employee relations issues
Other duties as required
Skills/Experience:
Career track record working as an HR Consultant in an operational role. This will include thorough experience of employee relations, grievance, disciplinary etc
Good knowledge of UK employment laws
Excellent stakeholder management skills - including the demonstrated ability to collaborate with other departments to deliver successful outcomes to complex issues
