Part 3 Architect
Part 3 Architect || AJ100 || Large Scale Projects || London
We are delighted to be working with an AJ100 practice in London who are looking for a Part 3 Architect to work on a 6 month contract (with the potential to be permanent). The role will involve working mainly on mixed use schemes (special focus on residential and commercial).
The Directors know how to get the best out of their teams which is fantastic for career progression. You will have the independence to work across all RIBA stages, as well as receiving guidance from talented Senior Architects on the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
* More than 3 years Post Part 3 experience in the UK
* Revit, CAD, SketchUp and adobe software
* Experience taking projects through all stages
* Ideally experience on mixed use schemes
* Good with UK building regulations
