Accounts Payable Clerk - 12 Months FTC
Plymouth
GBP19000 -GBP21000

Immediate Start

Our client who is an established manufacturer based in Plymouth is looking for an Accounts Payable assistant, to cover a 12 Month Maternity contract. You will work independently to cover accounts payable in a small and friendly finance team, within one of Plymouth's leading international companies.

Responsibilities include:

* Communicating with the sales team, and liaison with an international head office
* Receiving, processing and verifying invoices
* Reconciliation of invoices
* Collation of reports via Excel
* Setting up new suppliers
* Clearing aged debt
* Administration

You will need to have at least 2 years experience in accounts payable . Prior experience of working with aged debt is desirable, as is experience in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong Excel skills
• Be a great team player
• Able to work to deadlines in an organised way

Working hours: Full time, 8.30 -4.30pm Monday to Thursday, with a early finish on Fridays at 3.30pm
