Due to our client's continued growth and future plans, they have a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational L&D professional to drive the learning and development strategies across the Group. You’ll be pivotal in creating and implementing training and performance programmes, encouraging a culture of knowledge and continuous improvement. With an innovative and creative approach, you will identify areas where L&OD will make a positive difference and encourage senior managers to see the benefits for their teams and individuals. 

You’ll be passionate about helping people develop their full potential and meet the needs of the business. A lateral thinker, you will be able to experiment with new ideas and methods to enhance our initiatives. With managerial experience, you will have a proven track record of supporting change and business transformation, ideally with international or multi-site environment, and will the ability to influence people are essential to thrive in this exciting role. You will effectively manage a variety of projects simultaneously, adapting to sudden changes in the priorities whilst challenging conflicting deadlines. As their L&D ambassador, you will bring with you a fresh new approach to our strategies and aspirations and will be keen to continue their market leading ethos.
