The London EDITION are looking for a detail orientated and dependable Finance Assistant to join the team.
Do you like working in a team, have strong analytical skills and communicate superbly?
Previous experience in Hospitality and in Finance is desirable but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn is key!
The role of the Finance Assistant it is an office based role Monday to Friday, however you will be asked to work weekends during month end.
Your duties includes the following areas - but at any given time primary duties will be assigned on one or more areas:
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit Control
- General Cashier
- Accounts Payable
- Events Billing
- Income Audit
- F&B Cost Control
Our next Finance Assistant will mainly deal with:
??General Cashier: Prepare the daily cash banking, reconcile the cash banking, monthly Outlet Float Audit, Prepare due backs for Front of House Manager, prepare petty cash
??Credit Card reconciliation
??Respond to telephone and e-mail queries
??Holiday cover for other section
??Month end task as assigned by Assistant Director of Finance to include Beverage stocktake; Pcard backup filing
??Other projects which may be assigned by Assistant Director of Finance
