Residential Worker

Do you have a NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or Equivalent? Do you hold a UK driver's license and access to a car? Are you passionate about working with young people? If the answer is yes please continue reading.

An amazing opportunity has come about! We are currently seeking a Residential Worker to work in Oxted, Surrey who will join a team to provide outstanding care for young individuals between the ages of 5-19 with profound and multiple disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, qualifications and experiences:
-NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
-A proven track record of delivering quality care to young people with multiple disabilities and behavioural needs.
-Proficient in MS office.
-A full UK driver's license and access to a car.
-Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative framework/regulatory requirements.

The right candidate will be responsible for delivering childcare that is focused on obtaining the best outcomes for each young person and their families. This will be expected by planning and taking part in full activities programme that include individual and group activities that will be part of the young person's social and educational enrichment.
