We are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading house builder based in West Surrey. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working from the regional office with site visits needed at times, the role will involve volume house surveying for a number of projects on going in the area. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be mentoring an Assistant QS and will oversee various projects, duties will include managing approximately 3 sites at any time, procuring and managing subcontractors, carrying out monthly CVR's, ad-hoc cost exercises. The Senior QS will be required to visit sites within their working day, most sites are based locally however some will be further afield.

It is envisaged that the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have worked previously for a House Builder and have good residential experience. Previous Experience as a Quantity Surveyor is essential along with a degree being advantageous but not essential for the position. The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have previous experience working for a House Builder with knowledge of volume house surveying. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to be willing to travel to sites in the area during their working day.

• Previous work experience a house builder is needed
• At least 10 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor is needed
• Willing to travel to sites during working day
• Good knowledge of volume house surveying
