QA Manager
ElevateRTC are on the hunt for an experienced QA Manager within the food industry. Our client has been established for over 90 years and are continuing to grow, with 75% of sales to retail and 25% to food manufacturers. With over 450 employees, there is plenty of room for growth and progression!
Responsibilities to include;
• Calibration of equipment is maintained internally and externally
• Maintain and manage Quality management and HACCP systems
• Manage the day to day activities of Quality Assurance Technicians and QC's
• Ensure health, safety and environment, food safety and quality management systems are in place
• Communicate with suppliers ensuring corrective actions are completed for non-conformity
• Carry out induction training
To to considered for this position you must have the following;
• L4 Food Safety - L3 may be considered with suitable experience
• Previous experience in a QA position
• Experience in managing a team, with strong people and influencing skills
• IOSH Managing safely is desirable however not essential
• Environmental awareness
