Order Execution Specialist

An Order Execution Specialist is required to join a high tech engineering company who are currently undergoing an extended period of growth. You will be responsible for processing all orders as well as ensuring that there is sufficient stock.
As an Order Execution Specialist some of your daily tasks will include; ensuring all orders are entered onto the companies ERP system, expediting orders as necessary, ensuring SharePoint Spares Request Log is up to date and responding to any Spares Requests according to the Service Level Agreement.
On top of this you will also maintain safety stock levels on the ERP system and liaise with manufacturing planners for product availability.
Order Execution Specialist Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an Engineering organisation.
- Experience working within a large organisation - communication with international customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience using ERP Systems (Ideally SAP/Styeline).
