Key tasks and main responsibilities:
• As an Account and growth Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new opportunities, retaining ownership of your clients and cross-selling our products whilst offering first class service.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key decision makers.
• You'll liaise with customers and other departments to ensure a smooth process when onboarding new clients.
• You'll need to be able to work independently whilst managing your own workload in line with set deadlines.
• You will be instrumental in new product launches
• Liaise with and support the Sales Director with the management of key accounts.
• Support and train customers on all aspects of our products, this will include providing information on regulated products in a non-advised manner
• Complete accurately all CRM records on our internal CRM for audit
Skills:
• We're looking for candidates with a positive and professional attitude, who have strong communication skills with a passion to offer excellent customer service.
• It would be desirable for 1-year successful B2B experience in a sales driven environment, Lettings agent industry experience, the Insurance industry or similar.
• Excellent IT skills - especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management whilst managing several on-going tasks.
Salary and Career Progression:
With OTE GBP30,000 and yearly bonus
