Managing Director GBP120k + bonus, car and equity
Interaction South
This role covers all business (excluding Construction) from Bristol across to London and Kent and down to the south coast.
If you view our results you will see that Interaction is very profitable and well funded, so we have the resources and are willing to back you to grow the business.
We will want you to be very active and winning business yourself as all leaders do within our organisation. This is definitely not a sit back and live off the team role! All our senior colleagues operate at ground level.
You will be well networked and know successful recruiters that you want in your team. You will have a successful career history and be able to show stability where you have previously worked. You may come from any of the following sectors: Finance and Accountancy, IT, Commercial, Industrial, Technical and Engineering, Healthcare.
You will be good at finding staff and training and developing them to maximise their potential. The business you will be joining has 10 staff and we want you to grow this to 50+ staff over the next few periods. There may be an acquisition but there will definitely be organic growth.
