Business Support Administrator
Crewe
GBP17,4k with GBP100 bonus paid monthly after a qualifying period
Mon - Fri / 9am - 5pm
Purpose of the role:
To provide a professional administrative support to the business. The role is key to providing a service to internal and external customers in order to enable heightened efficiency within the day to day business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Excel on a daily basis and some reporting skills.
Duties to include -
- Carrying out all employee audits
- Investigating feedback and escalating potential fraud/ misuse to customers- Assist and liaise with Account Managers to identify, and look after customers that need focus for bigger savings
- Work independently and proactively
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Generate ad-hoc reports
- Good organisation of workload, prioritising reports/emails
Experience of the above is not essential as full training will be given, the most important skills required for this role is Excel use, customer handling and a team playing spirit
