Sales Manager 
Torquay, Devon (office/field based, covering sites across the South-West) 

The Company

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Torquay and drive housing and property sales right across the South-West.

Your Role 

As the Sales Manager, you’ll be managing sales sites throughout the South-West, ensuring local teams are strong, knowledgeable and achieving their targets. 

In this wide-ranging position, you will oversee teams of Sales Advisors, deliver pricing strategies for individual sites, run local marketing campaigns, help to set-up sales sites and ensure the effective presentation of developments. 

You’ll be working within new housing developments from before the first foundations are laid and staying abreast of each site’s grow and lifecycle until hand-over. This is a role where leadership is vital and you will need gravitas, effective decision-making skills and superb judgement, for the right candidate there will be fantastic rewards and this role will be seen as career-defining. 

About You 

To be considered as the Sales Manager, you will need: 

- Sales experience gained within the new home or estate agency sector 
- Management-level experience 
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills 
- A full, valid driving licence 

Knowledge of housing in the South-West would be beneficial to your application.
