Our client is passionate about providing a good service for their tenants. They recognise that the care and maintenance of estates, by a responsive and well-trained team, can make a difference to individuals and the wider community.

They now have an opportunity for an Estates / Facilities Manager to join their team to manage the operational functions of their facilities in Enfield.

The role of Estates / Facilities Manager is to ensure that sufficient resources are applied to carry out the cleaning and grounds maintenance functions safely and effectively. You will have line management of the Supervisor to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained and customer satisfaction levels remain high. You will also be required to carry out risk and COSHH assessments whilst ensuring all operational staff receive adequate training.
With previous experience in a similar management role, the successful candidate will have previously managed and maintained estate services in a similar environment. You will need to have knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation along with excellent communication and customer service skills. Competent in Excel and Word, you will be confident working with numerical information and have budget management experience.
For this position a full driving licence and the use of a car is essential.
