Are you experienced in HR and Learning and Development? Do you thrive in a busy environment?
ASA has an exciting opportunity for an HR Corporate Learning Manager to join a public sector organisation in the beautiful Scottish Borders as they go through a period of significant change.
Responsibilities:
?? Recruitment
?? Attendance Management
?? Working on various HR cases
?? Recognise skills gaps and support staff with training opportunities
?? Produce an up to date Learning and Development strategy
?? Complete process maps for HR and Corporate learning functions
?? Design and deliver training sessions
Requirements:
?? CIPD qualification (or working towards this)
?? Experience of working as an HR Adviser or HR Business Partner
?? A good understanding of L D strategies
?? The ability to design and deliver training sessions
?? Understanding of process mapping
