Carrington West Technical Recruitment are assisting their local authority client based in Cheshire in their search for a Senior Planning Officer to join their Development Management department on an ongoing contract.
The successful candidate will be required to manage minor and major applications mainly for new housing. The council also have a number of applications which tie in with the rich heritage of the area.
The council are looking for candidates who will be able to hit the ground running and work collaboratively with colleagues across the service to promote continuous service improvement and ensure that customers receive a consistently high quality of service that is reflected in customer feedback.
Carrington West Pay Rate - GBP26 p/h
