I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join company specializing in wide range of events, often multiple or for very large number of people.
This role is for a real leader who is able to demonstrate ability to achieve catering revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, designing menus, managing their staff, and purchasing ingredients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Plan the production, preparation and presentation of all food in the hotel in a safe, sanitary, cost effective manner.
* Monitor and maintain the maintenance/sanitation of kitchen, equipment and related areas to ensure a healthy, safe work environment which meets/exceeds federal, state, corporate and franchise standards and regulations.
* As directed, train new kitchen employees to perform culinary tasks as needed
* Plan & monitor F&B budget meeting all goals when relating to food, supply and labor cost.
* Understand basic functions of payroll monitoring system
* Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
In return my client offers permanent position with salary between GBP35-GBP38k depending on skills and experience.
