FINTEC recruit is seeking a Legal and Regulatory Counsel. This is a permanent position based in Dublin. Salary is 70,000 to 90,000 euros, negotiable, depending on experience. Supporting for Legal and regulatory issues in telecommunications and specifically in the voice over IP market
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating on a wide range of contracts
- Provide legal and regulatory advice
- Develop and maintain relationships with national regulatory authorities
- Provide support for customer contract negotiation
- Participate and contribute to public consultations
Skills and Experience for the Legal and Regulatory Counsel role:
- Master degree in law - a major in telecommunication law or business law
- Good knowledge or relevant experience in the Asian market.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience in an international law firm
- Good knowledge of international commercial contract law and business law
Keen interest for legal and regulatory work in the telco sphere and voice over IP sector is essential
