Our client is seeking a professional HGV Drivers with a valid Class 1 (C+E) category licence and DCPC (Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence) to join their friendly team providing recovery assistance to a variety of commercial vehicles and their drivers in London and the Home Counties.
The company operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year so their Recovery Technicians need to be flexible working a rotating early and late shift pattern Monday to Friday, being on call alternate weekends and covering 4 Bank Holidays a year.
Relevant qualifications and experience of heavy recovery driving is an advantage, however full training can be provided to the successful candidates with the right "can-do" attitude who have the confidence to learn how to recover damage-free, broken down vehicles in all weather conditions and tow them to safety.
In return for this challenging, varied position our client provides a generous competitive remuneration package which includes: basic salary (NOT COMMISSION BASED), auto-enrolment pension scheme, regular over-time available outside core shift hours, Individual and Company performance bonus schemes, 28 days holidays PLUS 20 days guaranteed overtime holiday pay.
