We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Experience Executive to join our team in Milton Keynes.

As a Brand Experience Executive your main responsibilities will be

  • Managing the review and approval of customer communications across all touch points, to agreed SLAs, you will build effective stakeholder relationships, liaising and collaborating as required.
  • Working with your stakeholders, you will also proactively identify opportunities for, and provide, brand language support and training.
  • Ensuring adherence to associated policies and frameworks, undertaking quarterly reviews and supporting remediation action as required.

Minimum skills and experience required

  • Previous practical communications experience with a focus on copywriting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the customer and drivers of customer behaviour.
  • Understanding of the changes in digital technology and how these create opportunities to deliver more effective/streamlined processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - persuades and influences others, using a range of approaches, to achieve deliverables
