The Company is an expanding IT focused MSP and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Client Services Manager to join their highly experienced and busy Sales Team. This role will be based in the Company's Head Office in Newbury.

The main purpose of the role will be to support the Internal Account Management team and to co-ordinate sales activities, processes and ensure a smooth transition occurs from sale through to client delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Internal Account Managers in processing sales orders through to the delivery of goods and services using internal systems
  • Assist in processing customer orders and proactively working to resolve any queries preventing orders from being processed
  • Coordinating Contract Renewals and subscription agreements in a timely manner
  • Issue associated Contract Renewal Reports to the relevant Director
  • Co-ordinate and supervise activities of the Sales Admin Team
  • Be a point of contact for dealing with telephone enquiries into the Sales Team
  • Ensure the CRM system is being correctly administered by the Sales Team
  • Liaise with third party suppliers as and when required regarding any order processing issues or account concerns

The Candidate:

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of working in a small but busy sales team, ideally from a technology-based business
  • Experience and understanding of sales and business processes
  • Great organisation skills with a focused attention to detail
  • Be very confident in both their verbal and written communications skills
  • Have experience of using a CRM Platform for the use of sales processes
  • Proactive nature and good use of initiative with an aptitude for problem solving
  • Able to work unsupervised, independently but as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator Role within an IT related company would be advantageous.
