Sales Executive role
- Handling inbound sales enquiries about the services available
- Taking detailed information from existing and new customers
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Using the sales and customer management software
- Managing an email account
- Composing grammatically correct, compelling replies to prospective and existing clients
- Producing quotes
- Sales office administration and administrative support for the Sales Manager
