Who Dares Works Employability Coach
37 hours per week, fixed term contract until 1 December 2019
We are looking for a ‘Who Dares Works Employability Coach’ to support the Who Dares Works Partnership by providing one to one employment advice and guidance and specialist employability workshops to Who Dares Works Participants. As Who Dares Works Employability Coach you will identify client’s vocational aspirations and plan employability activities to support participants to move into work. You will work closely with Who Dares Works Mentors and other specialist partners within the Who Dares Works Project.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to support participant’s needs and to meet the needs of the ESF programme.
This post is funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund.
You will monitor, evaluate and review progress; train, coach and develop others; plan, organise and prioritise your workload effectively, as well as liaise with, and develop good working relationships with outside organisations.
