We are looking for a Responsive Repairs Workload Planner to help us with the delivery of an excellent customer focused responsive repairs service.

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for scheduling the repairs workloads for numerous operatives and liaise with them throughout the day, to ensure that all appointments and target dates are met.

Someone who will take pride in supporting the Responsive Repairs Team to the best of their ability.

We need someone who is IT literate, ideally with experience using a scheduling system, who is keen to learn and grow. With previous planning experience, it would be an advantage to have knowledge of the Social Housing Sector.
