Meynell Plant Hire Ltd requires a Transport Administrator to work for a family owned House Building Company based in Leicester

Department -  Meynell Plant Hire General Office Loughborough Rd

Main Purpose of Job –  To help with the administration of a busy Transport/Plant Hire office

Key Responsibilities

  • Collation of customer account documents
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Collation of POD (proof of deliveries) to supplier invoices
  • To learn all aspects of the transport planner duties as well as plant movements, van and car hire responsibilities
  • To assist in the administration of our FORS (fleet operation recognition scheme) accreditation
  • To learn all aspects of our Fleet-file software

Relevant Qualification - No experience required however a good level of education is required, computer literate is essential for the role

Hours - Monday to Friday day shift, flexibility between the hours of 7am and 6pm
Salary & Benefits -  £17,000 pa, 21 days’ holiday, company pension scheme
