Aquinas is a thriving Catholic Sixth Form College in Stockport with around 2000 FTE students. The College is looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Human Resources Officer to play a key role within the HR team.
Main duties
- Assisting the HR Manager with employment legislation compliance
- Managing the college’s recruitment processes, staff records and payroll
- Overseeing staff appraisals and inductions
- Maintaining strong relationships with union representatives
- Administering employee benefit schemes
Your skills & experience
- CIPD qualification
- Knowledge of HR issues
- Experience of using HR software
- Literacy, numeracy and IT level 2 qualifications
- Demonstrable evidence of professional development
