The Role
 
As an EMEA Sales Co-ordinator, you will support our client’s renewal sales process.
 
Reporting to the EMEA Renewal Sales Manager, you will:
 
- Provide a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
- Manage the maintenance of renewal contracts
- Maintain and provide renewal contracts quotes
- Carry out a range of admin tasks
 
About You
 
To be considered, you will need:
 
- Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- A highly organised approach
 
Experience of using a CRM or ERP tool would be beneficial to your application.
 
Our client would like to hear from you if you’ve worked as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Sales Support Co-ordinator or Sales Co-ordinator.
 
Those who’ve worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Services Executive, Customer Care Rep, Customer Service Administrator or Call Centre Advisor are also encouraged to apply.
