The Role 

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide a professional and strategic HR support to an Area Director and Protective Services Branch Managers in-line with the Securitas HR and People strategy.  

You will work alongside a Service Centre HR Team that provides effective and efficient day-to-day HR services to the business.  

This is a proactive and visible role offering the chance to make a positive, lasting impact. You will have the chance to take on real responsibility for HR activity and undertake a true HRBP role.  

Your other activities will include:  

- Becoming involved with big team tenders, taking some responsibility for the commercial side  
- Supporting sites throughout your region with recruitment activities  
- Delivering training on key areas of HR  
- Coaching, mentoring and empowering Area Directors and Protective Services Branch Managers  
- Acting as the strategic HR lead for the area  

About You  

To join us as a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll need:  

- A CIPD qualification, or to be working toward this  
- Knowledge and experience of TUPE regulations  
- Experience of giving and providing coaching to management colleagues  
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications  
- A full, clean driving licence  

Ideal HR Business Partners will also have experience of the following: project management, delivering change management, working within a unionised environment or designing and delivering HR related workshops to colleagues.
