Client Relationship Manager 
Birmingham, West Midlands 

The Company 

Our client is recruiting on behalf of a specialist provider of payment solutions and the leading provider of early payment programmes. 

With ambitious expansion plans on the horizon, they are now looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team in Birmingham and oversee a portfolio of key client accounts.

Your Role 

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with managing client accounts and ensuring services are delivered in-line with SLAs and expectations. 

You will play a part in every aspect of client management, acting as their point of contact, building robust relationships and implementing the client account and stakeholder management plans. 

Your role will also involve: 

- Resolving clients queries and concerns 
- Managing escalations and complaints 
- Forecasting client earnings and reporting on the delivery against plans 
- Identifying areas of improvement and delivering service improvement plans 
- Capturing, logging, tracking and chasing client-related actions 
- Representing clients during internal meetings 
- Providing feedback to clients regarding support issues or process failures 

About You 

To be considered as a Client Relationship Manager, you will need: 

- At least three years’ experience of client facing delivery in either a service management or project management capacity 
- Previous experience in finance or procurement 
- Project experience and an understanding of the project lifecycle 

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and Agresso, would be beneficial to your application. Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across multiple organisations would also be an advantage.
