Senior Construction Manager - New Build Residential - East London
GBP110,000 to GBP120,000 plus excellent Package (Negotiable DOE)

The Company:
One of the UK's most awarded and recognised Residential Developers, receiving almost 400 awards for design and sustainability excellence to date, creating major new communities through residential development within London, are currently looking to add a Senior Construction Manager to the team in East London.
The Project:
The Senior Construction Manager will report directly to the Associate director and take the Lead on a Project Build consisting of over 3 Blocks of RC Frame, close to 1000 units in total, reaching over 9 floors. This build will also include Riverewall works to form basins, will see over 5 tower cranes on site and will have the Senior Construction Manager running a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers. The build will also consist of Riverwall works and specialist Acoustic Works.
The Candidate:
The Senior Construction Manager will have extensive experience on taking the Lead on Similar Sized Projects, be comfortable with running over 150 units a year and have major project experience, responsible for the entire construction team at senior construction Manager Level.
Senior Construction Manager Requirements:
• Must have taken a similar size build from conception to completion
• Proven Longevity with a similar Residential Developer or Main contractor:
• Extensive Experience as Lead Project Manager on over 150 units a year:
• Proven Managerial experience on a Similar Size Build in London
• Experience with Riverwall Works and Specialist Acoustic Works
• The Ability to take the build in on Time and Budget, working to Programme
