Our Apple Repair team is at the heart of our Repair Centre. Our expert team repairs the latest Apple handsets, working closely with the manufacturer and third parties to keep us at the top of our game for all our customers!As a Specialist you'll support, mentor and coach the team. We can't wait for you to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the First Line Manager in monitoring and delivering effective performance management across the team.
• Liaising with the Specialist Product Researchers to understand role and provide cover where needed.
• Supporting management by monitoring the workflow and re-allocating the repair tasks where required; optimising productivity levels within the business.
• Ensuring that resources are allocated and utilised effectively to complete agreed tasks to the expected time scales.
• Adhering to targets and a predetermined quality standard to all repairs.
• Practicing Electro Static Discharge awareness in order to prevent accidental damage to product.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues.
• Liaising with the management team to help identify training needs so that the management can plan for delivery.
Skills/Experience:

• Full Apple accreditation (ACIT).
• Competent in the use of diagnostic and test equipment to an expert standard.
• Experience in modular / component repair to an expert standard.
• Experience of coaching and mentoring a team.
• Excellent ability to share knowledge and escalate issues through effective communication with colleagues at all levels.
