Sales and Lettings Negotiator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving property company based in on the outslirts of Manchester. This role will include all aspects of Sales and Lettings negotiation including, building relationships by meeting and liaising with potential sellers, buyers, landlord and tenants. This is a great opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator looking to gain valuation and listing experience to take them to the next level!

Responsibilities:

• Deal with enquiries, being a first point of contact for landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers building great relationships
• Arrange and conduct viewings
• Arrange valuations, conducting when required
• New business generation

Skills and Experience:

• Previous lettings experience and Full UK Driving Licence are essential
• A real 'people person' with excellent interpersonal skills
• Well-spoken and well-presented
• Target driven and ambitious
• Excellent organisation skills

Salary and Benefits:

GBP18,000 basic GBP24,000 OTE
