PPI Complaint Investigator

Our client is a world renowned Building Society. On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for PPI Complaint Investigator's for a 12 month contract based in Northampton starting in January 2019.

Start Date: 7th January 2019

Rate of pay: GBP150 per day (DRC)

Hours of work: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, once trained there will be some flex e.g 8am-4pm

Purpose of the Role:

PPI Investigators will be responsible for completing full review complaints (Not Redress Complaint Handlers) and investigating the mis-selling of PPI.

Assess if the product was sold correctly and was suitable for the customer using own initiative with the information/case they have been provided with.

The Candidate:

In order to be successful in this role you will have possessed all or some of the below criteria:

• Previous PPI experience is essential for this role
• Good telephone manner, good command of the English language, grammar and spelling are essential.
• Problem solving, organisational skills and an ability to work in a methodical manner would benefit candidates.
• Computer skills including MS Office
