Role: Regional HR Business Partner (Facilities Management)
Locations: Home Based multi-site role based within one of 3 geographies - Scotland and North East, South East and London, and North West and South West
Package: GBP40,000 base salary, company car or GBP5,700 p.a car allowance, pension, BUPA medical, Bonus scheme up to 10% of salary

We are looking to recruit operational HR professionals who thrive in a fast-paced service focused environment. This position reports into the Head of HR and partners operational teams across a specified geography.
The role will be to work as part of the wider people team and local operational teams to deliver the national people strategy and initiatives and drive an agenda to support local needs delivering people solutions through the line.
This will require you to support the team in the delivery of people initiatives, training and development and also to help the team develop and drive a culture of colleague engagement across their area.
You must have multi-site experience, ideally gained within Retail, Hospitality and Leisure, Engineering / Logistics or Facilities Management.
You will have the confidence to deliver solutions allied to service delivery to get the best out of people, where delivering results is high on the agenda.
My client wants to hear from candidates with a generalist background, preferably with TUPE experience.
