The Project Administration Assistant will work within the Affinity Water Developer Services team, to support the management of all developer-customer applications associated with new mains and services, diversions and reinforcement projects throughout their lifecycle. The main areas of focus are the application stage of a project, meeting/exceeding Water UK Levels of Service and contributing to an enhanced developer-customer experience. This will be achieved through effective co-ordination with the Project Managers, Design and Commercial teams and other key internal stakeholders.

The role will provide excellent customer service and also support and protect the statutory obligations of Affinity Water.

As a Project Administration Assistant in the Developer Services Team, you will be working closely with our Operations teams and external contractors, responding to the demanding fluctuations in workload and managing your own time to meet targets and deadlines. You will be expected to support our commercial and finance processes during busy periods whilst ensuring a high level of support is maintained to our developer-customers and internal teams.
