Senior Account Executive GBP25,000 - GBP30,000

Your new role
To support the Head of Commissioning, and, via matrix support to the Strategic Account Managers, in the account management of up to 300 Public Sector Commissioners (Local Authority, NHS, CCGs) by effectively developing relationships with clients at referrer level including commissioning and brokerage teams, home managers and operational leadership teams. Also to focus on the generation of new business opportunities via participating in dynamic purchasing activity on behalf of the home, utilising the information it presents to drive forward occupancy levels, create business development opporutnities and improve engagement with operational teams. The role will share responsibility for ensuring appropriate increase in care home fees, ensuring targets are met and exceeded by owning comprehensive communication and documentation governance, maintaining accurate records and helping to prioritise focus on suitable accounts. To operate at this level the post holder must have account management and business development experience. Business growth will come from a self-driven focus on increasing placements and fees paid. The ability to develop and maintain a working knowledge of care home offers and resident conditions and needs. The role holder will be targeted on driving admissions and occupancy in support of home targets. This will come from relationship building with the commissioners, placement teams and from e-bidding. They will also be responsible for administering local home presence on Local Authority websites and ensure that home details are kept up to date with marketing information.
